Fruit Salad and Mango Float Recipes!

Today I would like to share two dessert recipes with you all, both of which include sweetened condensed milk and tropical fruit – meaning they are practically diet recipes. You’re welcome. These are my favorite desserts here, mainly because I have a love for sweetened condensed milk that is unparalleled. The first recipe is a fruit salad and the second is a fruit float – both are incredibly delicious and you don’t need to live in a tropical climate to make them!

Fruit Salad (party size serving)

60 oz of canned tropical fruit mix (approximate measurement)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

5 oz of heavy whipping cream

Directions: Mix together and place in freezer till thoroughly chilled. Eat. Enjoy. Done.

Fruit Float (party size serving)

4 mangoes (or equivalent amount of strawberries, bananas, or whatever fruit you desire)

3 Graham cracker sleeves (1 crushed)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

10 oz of heavy whipping cream

Directions: Slice fruit into half-inch pieces. Mix milk and cream together. Use 9×9 inch pan and begin to layer the graham crackers, cream mixture, and fruit. The last layer will be graham crackers, fruit, sauce, crushed graham crackers, and then fruit. Place in freezer for three hours or until thoroughly chilled. Serve and savor.

Place any leftovers back in freezer.

I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do! Thanks Trixy (my host sister) for sharing the recipes with me!

Much love!
